Eat Your Own Ears took over London’s Victoria Park once again for this year’s Field Day festival, extending it to a full on two day blow-out. Jamie Isaac was the perfect Saturday afternoon soundtrack to the warm summer sunshine that blessed us all, and as we headed into the evening Jagwar Ma brought the house down in the Crack Magazine tent, with Courtney Barnett cranking it up across the site at The Shacklewell Arms stage. Sunday saw our South-London dreamboats Childhood mesmerise with their soaring sounds, a perfect show for a balmy summer’s afternoon. Needless to say, exhausted as we all are today at Marathon HQ, it’s smiles all round.
